Upcoming events in Venice

- Venezia in Musica 2010, from the 28th of March till the 1st of April 2010 is an International Choral Competition and Festival which fills Venice with the sound of music. Take part with your choir during this Venezia in Musica 2010 and discover the impressive city of Venice at the same time.

- 800 Unpublished Drawings from the Venetian 19th Century is an interesting exhibition running until 11th April 2010 at Venice’s Museo Correr. Discover the Venice of the “Ottocento” through a selection of excellent illustrations at one of Venice’s best museums: Museo Correr.

- The Su e Zo per i Ponti Venezia 2010, will be held on the 18th of April 2010 and is the liveliest popular race in Venice. The Su e Zo per I Ponti is far from competitive and allows you to do a little exercise whilst visiting the most famous streets, bridges and public squares in Venice, all in your own time.

What will you find in Venice?

You'll find one of the most spectacular cities ever built… Venice, La Serenissima, is a city unlike any other. What a catastrophe that would be. Surely there is no more incredible monument to the folly and beauty of mankind than La Serenissima, the Serene Republic of Venice? A fantasy city built on the Adriatic.
